Ahh, I'm sorry. I often wonder this myself, and I also find your post
and Lee's interesting. I have very low blood pressure -- 100/70. It
doesn't seem to make a difference with my T. I have hyperacusis also.
Have you tried hypnosis to relax? I think that relaxing is a very
helpful thing for tinnitus. The confusion you mention could just be
from sleep deprivation -- don't know for sure. Are you getting good
sleep?

Have you checked out whether the OTC meds you've taken have any
effect on T?

Yes, I'm interested in this also. My T seems to be getting a
little louder lately. I can only find one thing in my diet
that's changed -- I've been eating too much sugary stuff.
I wonder if that is connected to T at all.

I've heard that eliminating milk is good for those with sinus
infections. Have you tried that? It's good to be talking
about tinnitus here. I'm fairly habituated to my T -- I
think I just kinda found my own version of TRT and did it. :)
But lately it's been more intrusive. I was under the impression
that Meniere's was supposed to diminish with time. It has, but
now the T part is worse. Here's wishing you both a little quiet.
