First of all T is not psychological. You need a new doctor.
Second, you need to be evaluated for vestibular or neuroligical problems.
Chances are it is not vestibular, if you did not feel rotation. The first
things that come to mind are epilepsy variant and/or migraine equivilant. I
have similar feelings and I am currently being diagnosed and treated for a
rare migraine disorder. But, I am not a doctor. Go see one.
You need to see a doctor about this. It is probably not serious, but it
should be checked out. A balance specialist neurologist would be ideal.
