I really appreciate your encouragement and can appreciate your advice not
to accept 'live with it'. I was undiagnosed for years with severe OSA.
Now that I'm treated I have become a militant proponent of the medical
community's lack of knowledge on some areas. It would seem that Tinnitus
is like OSA, most doctors only know what they heard years ago.
Interesting in that in the past year I've diagnosed five people with OSA,
just from symptoms, yet my doctor (former now) of many years couldn't see
a relationship between my many symptoms and OSA.
I'm in the process of seeing specialists for T and intend to go armed with
a lot of information. Thank God, in Canada, we can choose our doctor, and
here in Toronto, can get quick referrals.
Again, thanks for what I've learned from you.
