My ears

Hi,
I am pregnant and also have been taking a small dose of Lorasapam (.5 at bedtime) for my anxiety. I have tinnitus now for 15 years but the last month it has increased alot in just one ear. Could it be from anxiety or Lorasapm or pregnancy. It is causing me more anxiety and loss of sleep.
