I have same problems, I am M/30, I hear my pulse in right ear MRI/MRO/CT all clean.. List of things to try and check if it gives relief.
1) Eat less food especially at night time.
2) I got some relief with Vitamin B12 tablets.
3) My neurologist suggested celexa, started 20 days back it sure helps.
