I have had pulsatile tinnitus now for a few months. Been checked out with the usual MRI MRA and nothing obvious. The doctor has said that he has never heard of some of my symtoms. I have the pounding in my right ear, but fortunately when I lie down at night, if I lay on the side with the tinnitus I don't feel or hear it. During the day I put a piece of tissue in my ear and that eases it alot. Unexpected sounds can really set it off to pounding very hard. The other day a child screamed near me and I immediately got a pounding pain in my ear and was dizzy and nauseous for a good 10 minutes and the loud pounding continuted all day. Anybody have these symtoms??
