Tinitus in both... ears-started with one, gradually worsened.

Notice that manipulating the lower jaw with my fingers
alters the pith of the perceived sound, making it higher.
Is this related to the TMJ? Are there physical excercises
that might alleviate the condition?Yoga...physiotherapy?Listening and out....
