Where did the buzzing come from.

I just starting hearing a buzzing in my right hear. I am trying to adjust. The eaar, nose and throat specialist said I have no infection, fluid, nerve damage, or eaaring loss. What could it be? I listen to a fan a night and have done clubbing in my day. I feel like there is something in my hear. Could the fan have caused it? I have gone to a chiropractor recently? I have also started taking antioxidant and some herbal medicines recommened by the Chiropractor? I head a cold about 3 weeks ago?
