Chronic sinusitus and tinnitus

I have chronic sinusitus and tinnitus. All of the antibiotics that have been prescribed have increased the tinnitus. I need sleep medication to sleep; it increases the ringing. I have lost considerable weight.
What antibiotics will cure my sinusitis and not effect the ringing?
