ringing, crackling, dizziness, pressure and crackling in the ears

I have had crackling in my ears for several years now. I have dizzy spells at times. I also have spells of high pitch ringing in my ears with pressure. I have noticed some hearing loss in my left ear. Could this be caused by allergies?
