My Tinnitus started 2 years ago when I was going through Valium withdraw. I was having trouble sleeping and the doctor prescribed Trazidone to help me sleep. My tinnitus started with the second dose and has never stopped. I have gone to a ENT and was told I pretty much would have to live with it. Things that have helped me cope with the high pitched ringing in my ears at bedtime are a fan and a sound machine that has the ocean. I also take a antidepresent to help me sleep. Other than that I just dont know what to do. If you learn anything that might help please email me and let me know.
