For the past few months, I've experienced intermittent bouts of pulsatile tinnitus in my left ear which seem to directly correlate with the beats of my heart. I have a forcelful heart and am usually very aware of it thumping inside my chest. Now I feel it in my ear. It usually occurs after eating, and especially when eating too much. I also have Mitral Valve Prolapse. Can the two be related?
