Hi i don't know yet if this is what I have but I have had pollping and clicking for years recently the ringing and buzzing and other noises were getting so bad i thought I would go crazy so i went to my ENT Dr. who put his hands on my face because i told him I have pain by my earsarounf the top of the jawline and he said TMJ i am having a new beidge made and i favor my right side, but I also had a hearing test today which showed i have some hearing loss, but with all the noises going on i am surprised i heard any of the tones at all!I am seeing my dentist Wednesday and will ask about a splint.I will let you all know thanks toni
