I have been taking Xanax at night for a few years now, to easr
into sleep. Lately, I have been getting a ringing in my ears that
is distracting. 13 years ago, I was in the Marines, with an
artillary regiment. Could the Tinnitis be delayed so long?

What I have decidede to do is take .25mil of xanax a a few times
a day, maybe this will take the edge off. Ill keep you all posted.
