Dear Jack,
I've had this dreaded crap shi.. thing going on for about
6 to 8 weeks. At first, it wasn't bad but now, I super want
to jump off of a ledge. It's RUINED my life. I hate
this hissing. It sounds like a hissing in the background
of the tv. Sometimes it's loud and I can't handle it so I
pop 1m of Lorazepam (Ativan). I took 1 mg at 9:00 am. and
I'm not calm well, I am calmer than I was 3 hours ago. I
was pretty hysterical. My stress levels do not help this
crap. As you can see, I am very very bitter. I keep asking
what did I do to deserve this? My mother has had it for 24
yrs off and on but it's been non-stop for 3 years. I've tried
seeing my dr. (she's a bonehead, she wanted me to go on diuretics
(as if I need that), I've been seeing a accupuncturist -- naet
(go to naet.com) She gave me 2 treatments but it wasn't fast
enough. She said I was badly allergic to fungus so this could
be a problem. Now I'm seeing a chiro. He thinks he can fix
it. He also told me to RELAX. I'm under major stress at
work and I know because we're going through some restructuring
and it's like "big brother is watching"... so the stress factor
is defintely against me. Now I'm going to go see a "live blood
analyst". She said that it can go away. I'm at my wits ends Jack.
I just want my silent head back. This hissing is pissing me off.
Sorry I had to add that one in. And see, it's 12:37 am. and
I'm sitll up. But I will be able to sleep because I popped
a Lorazepam. I need somethign strong though. Like valium.
It makes you forget and makes you feel (I've been told all this)
at peace. I fought the drug tonight and felt worse.
Well I wish you well.... Sorry to talk so much. I keep thinking
that I'm the only person with this problem. I hope God
can give us a lending hand. Take care Mary:)
