I recently developed tinnitus from a loud noise exposure. I have a loud hum, hyperacusis and a very annoying full/blocked feeling. All of these symptoms came directly after the loud noise exposure. I think the fullness might be tensor typmani but I'm not sure. I also don't know if I have TMJ although I do have a jaw that clicks when I open it very wide. Do you think that this could be TMJ?? I would love to email you more and get your opinion. I started TRT on Monday and I'm looking forward to some poitive results.
