Yup....I don't know how they can differentiate between addicted and having
to withdraw slowly. The difference escapes me. I guess the same thing could
apply to a heroin addict. (S)he only has to withdraw slowly so (s)he isn't
addicted. Maybe the difference is the medical practicioner wants you to be
on it therefore it isn't addicting? Sounds like semantics to me, but if you
have no other recourse and the side effects are not worse than what they
cure...so be it until a better cure can be had.
