Social Security Disability Practice by Thomas Bush is excellent.
Although at 1000 pages, only about 300 pages would be useful for a
claimant.
Ralph Wilborn is an attorney that has presented cases regarding SS
before the SCOTUS. I believe his practice is limited to appeals after
denials. He has written extensively and is considered a top expert.
The bottom line, IMO, is a longitudinal history of treatment, or
attempted treatment, as well as unfortunately having significant
problems in dealing with severe tinnitus as well as testing showing
other maladies that seem to go hand and hand with severe tinnitus, such
as sleeping difficulties, balance problems, and ear pain.
