an excerpt from the pages is interesting to me:

ongoing problems with short-term memory, information processing,
visual-spatial difficulties, comprehension, concentration, speech,
word-finding, calculation, and other symptoms suggesting persistent
neuro-cognitive impairment

I experienced all of these during my 1-2 with tinnitus and were a direct
result of the severe intrusive tinnitus.

Fortunately for me, these symptoms did not last BUT once I recognized that I
could not remember a phone number, etc. I proceeded to rememorize and now
can recall that number. I could not remember a 5 digit number after seeing
in for almost two years, finally overcoming that problem. I can now look at
the number on a gas ticket and punch the numbers in for the car wash.

27 months later, most of these problems as far as I am concerned have
cleared up. However, testing may reveal that they persist and I am just not
aware of them.
