If your tinnitus is noise induced acupuncture is unlikely to help.

If not the effect of good acupucture is to restore your overall
energy balance which helps you deal with the condition and
hopefully feel better in a general way,in other words it might
help you cope better with tinnitus.
If you decide to try acupuncture dont be swayed by the opinion of
others,what helps you is important.I recently read that a man
claimed he cured his tinnitus by eating two grapefruits a day?!
cant see the ATA investigating that one.
