I do.

In 1994 I underwent the precise treatment described in Dr. Shea's
recent paper. See http://www.entnet.org/pressroom/lidocaine.html

The treatment involved a three-day protocol of IV lidocaine and
lidocaine perfusion. It was done by Dr. Shea at the Shea Ear Clinic
in Memphis.
