Amoxicillin is generally considered safe, but I do not know about
cavulanate.

Here is a very thorough site on ototoxic medications and antibiotics
(including specific ear drops), including ones that you don't usually see

They don't include information on minocycline, which is very vestibulotoxic,
but I guess is usually temporary.
