Among other things, the first thing to do when tinnitus starts is to avoid
making the tinnitus worse with anxiety reinforcement.
The more the T the more the tension, the more nervous, the more the T.
Stand/sit before a mirror. Breathe in at count of 4 and out at count of 6. make
exhallation longer than inhallation. SEE the face, jaw, eyes, relax. Practice
this as much as possible. With relaxation the circulation and healing are
helped.
