I feel that somehow, in some way, bone conduction of sound for extended
periods of time will affect tinnitus, despite your use of ear plugs.

This has happened to me time and time again in noisy environments (sporting
events, music events, both indoor and outdoor, and parties)

As unscientific as my observations are, there must be some validity.
