You have the typical symptomology of a TMJ patient

Any muslce tension near the organs or nerves of hearing can cause or
increase tinnitus (this has been documented via functional MRI scans). You
definaltey have the typical symptomology of a TMJ patient, especially the
popping (spasm of the eustacian tube muscle). Treating this problem may
allevieate much of your ear problems.
