tinnitus and cervical arthritis

I have stiffness and pain in my neck with degenerative changes on MRI..I
recently developed a buzz or hissing noise in my head which may be intermittant
or respond briefly to adjustments in my neck by a chiroparacter.
Does anyone out there know something about this?
