I've had both an MRI and ABR, both were noisy. I wore earmuffs (headset
phones) with soothing music playing during the MRI. The ABR was done
without earplugs or headsets. I meditated during the 20 minutes or so
that it lasted. My T remained at the same level then - at that time
immensely irritating.
