where does this "live with it " come from???
Certainly not the advice the doctors give here.
There are 20 steps the Australian Tinnitus group gives that all should follow.
There is the 10 step program that I advocate
There is cognitive therapy, TRT, etc.
ALL science knows that when you actively participate in the healing process it
takes place better and faster.
The 20 steps that the Australian Group posts are certainly worth doing and no
one seems to be interested here, even though they post regularly .
Exercise, breathing, guided visualization, - there are a dozen activities that
the T person can do that are known to help.
So why do I keep hearin g "live with it"? Let's change that to steps that help
me handle this. OK?
